REVIEWS
The instructor was good, but bexause 8 out of 10 participants showed up late, strolling as much as 45 minutes after the start of the class, the instructor was constantly interrupted and having to get each late arrival taken care of. This affected the flow. She asked in every contact with us prior to the class for us to show up 10 minutes early. These 8 people were disrespectful. My suggestion is that participants are told that anyone who shows up 15 minutes late or more be turned away and that there is not a refund for tardiness.

This is an 8 x 10 oil painting I recently completed of a classmate from school we went to about 40 years ago, but just recently he's made an effort to get in touch, and renew our relationship. He sent me a photo of him working with another classmate of ours, on a cattle ranch in Montana. So I decided to thank him for his efforts and paint that photo. I intended to have it mailed to his hometown, as a surprise for him when he returned from his Montana trip. But shortly after he left that

I loved this photograph from John Strachan photography and finally got around to painting it in acrylic. I tried to be quite loose with the painting as there was so much detail. in the end I thought the sky looked a bit bare so with the help of Chat GPT I added seagulls to the photo and was then able to paint them into my art work. This painting will be heading for the Aberdeen art show the end of August for sale.

My aim is always to capture not only the likeness of an animal but also the personality and spirit that make them so special to the people who love them.In this piece, Colin is shown resting amongst a vibrant meadow of wildflowers, his striking green eyes drawing the viewer in.
